Small business support is caring
I've known Donna for about two years now. She and I met at a small business showcase event in my town of Exeter, NH. I could instantly tell that she is a connector -- a person who loves to introduce people to one another -- because she cares about entrepreneurs doing well in their business and she cares about people in general.
In fact, that is what Donna's business is all about. Organizing the Details helps that small business owner to do what he or she does best: providing products and services which help their clients to live better lives.
Through Donna's many years as an office manager, she learned the ins and outs of keeping a business running by improving its processes, systems and staff. She has helped many businesses to grow and increase profit margins.
Organizing the Details helps businesses to remove unnecessary expenses, find the right employees, set up the right business systems, and handle many other administrative tasks. Organizing the Details also takes care of communications and marketing efforts that generate the right kind of clients and solidify existing client relationships.
Donna knows that business owners need support "behind the scenes" and that sometimes they simply can't do it all themselves.
Who wouldn't want to spend more time actually building their business, rather than being stuck in the weeds, feeling spread too thin, or realizing there's never time to step away and actually go on a vacation to recharge?
Someone once said: If you can't step away from your business without it continuing to function without you, then you don't really have a business. You have a hobby.
What Organizing the Details does best is taking care of your business details so you don't have to. No business is too small. You can be a one-man or -woman show or have staff.
I have always been strongly pulled to entrepreneurship and to helping people who made a career leap to do the work they love the most. I can tell that Donna loves her work and is passionate about helping small businesses succeed. I'm proud to be a part of this effort and excited to see where Organizing the Details goes next.
